THAR – RAJASTHAN TRIBUTE

We have worked on multiple regional livery themes for them and we look at Rajasthan in this one. The concept aims at capturing the cultural heritage, royal architecture, local attire, symbols, and landscapes of the region. We created a thematic kit that embodies the essence of Rajasthan’s desert sands. To achieve this, we incorporated architectural motifs such as intricate carvings, domes, and arches that are reminiscent of Rajasthan’s royal palaces and forts.
These elements were integrated into the design of various areas in the graphic kit. For the local attire, drawing inspiration from traditional Rajasthani garments like ghagras, bandhani prints, turbans, and mirror work was the way to go for a touch of authenticity. These influences are reflected in the choice of colors and accents. Symbols play a significant role in Rajasthan’s cultural heritage. Incorporating iconic symbols further enhanced the thematic representation. These symbols were used in various forms, including as motifs on textiles print patterns as hidden details. When it came to the main color palette, drawing inspiration from the desert landscape of Rajasthan was a great starting point. Warm earthy tones like sandy yellows, burnt oranges, terracotta browns, and deep maroons can be seen complementing royal blues, fuchsia pinks, & emerald greens.
This combination helped bring out the richness and diversity of Rajasthan’s culture. By combining these elements thoughtfully, we created a thematic kit that truly captures the spirit of Rajasthan’s cultural heritage, royal architecture, local attire, symbols, and landscape. The careful attention to detail and the use of the right colors ensured that the kit stands out and resonates with those who appreciate the beauty and allure of Rajasthan.
