Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • ➡️ All products are made to order due to personalization and production requirements.
  • ➡️ Domestic (India) orders are typically dispatched within 3–4 working days from order confirmation.
  • ➡️ International orders are typically dispatched within 7–8 working days, subject to courier availability and customs procedures.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • ➡️ Since all graphic kits are custom produced and made to order, cancellations must be requested within 4–6 hours of placing the order.
  • ➡️ Beyond this time frame, production begins and cancellation is not feasible.
  • ➡️ To request a cancellation, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 99024 77766 / +91 98868 35202, quoting your order number and product details.
  • ➡️ Approved cancellations will be refunded through the original payment method via our payment gateway. Refund timelines may range between 2–15 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

 

Failed Payments / Transaction Errors

  • ➡️ If your payment fails but no amount is debited, you may retry placing the order.
  • ➡️ In case your account is debited despite a failed transaction, the amount is usually rolled back to your account within 10 business days by your bank.
  • ➡️ As we use third-party payment gateways, refund issues for failed transactions must be addressed directly with your respective bank.
  • ➡️ For assistance, you can contact us on WhatsApp (+91 99024 77766 / +91 98868 35202) and request alternate payment options (barcode/UPI).

 

Returns & Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our products, but due to the nature of custom graphics, returns are subject to strict conditions:

  • Defective or Incorrect Products:
    ➡️ If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email [email protected] with clear pictures of the product. Our team will review and contact you regarding a replacement or refund.
  • Graphic Kits:
    ➡️ Returns are only accepted if the kit is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition:

    • ➡️ Adhesive backing must remain intact (not peeled off).
    • ➡️ Material must not be wrinkled, folded, or torn.
    • ➡️ Packaging and tags must be preserved.
  • T-Shirts & Apparel:
    ➡️ Returns are not accepted if the item has been worn, washed, or soiled due to hygiene standards.
  • Refund Timelines:
    ➡️Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 2–15 business days, subject to product condition and whether the order has already been dispatched. Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment.

Self-Shipping for Returns

  • ➡️ Customers are responsible for securely packaging the return to prevent damage in transit.
  • ➡️ All returns must be in unused, original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • ➡️ Damage caused by improper return packaging will void eligibility for refund/replacement.

Important Notes & Disclaimers

  • ➡️Graphic films are made using internationally certified automotive-grade materials. They must be installed on clean, painted, or compatible surfaces as specified in product usage instructions.
  • ➡️ Installation services are carried out by independent third-party installers. While we may recommend professionals, Barageness GFX is not liable for their workmanship or fees.
  • ➡️ Refunds or replacements will not be provided for issues arising from improper installation, unsuitable surfaces (e.g., unpainted injection-moulded plastic panels), or misuse by the customer.
  • ➡️ International shipping timelines are subject to courier operations, customs clearance, and country-specific regulations. Tracking may occasionally be delayed due to external postal server issues
